Tried and true

Had drift boards for a few years now. Love the current boards. Love the improvements they've made from their earlier boards. The sidewall edge is more durable than their earliest version which was almost like a thin carbon edge. Love the lightweight bindings, especially with their updated strap buckles. The teeth on the buckles keep the straps tight and stiff the whole tour. Tricky kick turns are a thing of the past. The grip is great. Don't let the short length fool you. Personally prefer nylon over mohair for the grip. These things don't weigh anything. Obviously have the weight on your back, but better than on each foot. Great for trying out different solid decks in the Backcountry. So much easier and cheaper than a quiver of splits. Also, no better set up with a pow surf than drift boards. Pairs perfectly. I've put these things through the ringer and they're great. I'm a fan.

An all around great piece of gear

I love my drift boards. They're great for everything from snowshoe laps with the fam, quick backcountry day trips for side-country pow-surfing trips, to anything that I want to bring a specific board on. The fact that I can run my spark bindings or the standard strap bindings makes them that much more versatile.

Slack Country Must Have!

Explore more of the hill with your solid! These things are so light weight and easy to use. Great for quick tours where a full split is not needed. Extra weight on your back but so much faster than my split counterparts. Only con is side-hilling can get a bit tough.....overall must have for anyone doing quick tours or accessing backcountry gates.

Very happy with Drift boards

I have Union Rovers and Driftboards and eventually I do use mostly the Driftboards because of overall lightweight and very compact binding.
Only missing is steel edge. It would be a perfect product if it has steel edge.
